❤️‍🔥 Yangnyeom

양념치킨 · yang-nyeom chi-kin

Yangnyeom (양념) literally means “seasoning.” Yangnyeom chicken is fried chicken tossed in a glossy red glaze built on gochujang (Korean chili paste), garlic, and sweetness — sticky, sweet, and gently spicy rather than burning hot.

It is the single most iconic Korean chicken flavor, the one that turned “Korean Fried Chicken” into a global category. If a foreigner knows one Korean chicken word, it is usually this one.

Half yangnyeom, half plain fried, please.
🍗 Use it at BBQ: At BBQ, order Yangnyeom Chicken on its own, or do the classic 반반 (half & half) with Golden Olive so the crispy side stays crispy.
