치밥 · chi-bap
Chibap (치밥) combines chi-kin with bap (rice): sauced chicken — usually yangnyeom — eaten over a bowl of warm rice, so the glaze soaks in.
Purists call it heresy; everyone else calls it dinner. It is the standard second act when you ordered too much chicken the night before.
