🍴 Sunsal
순살 · sun-sal
Sunsal (순살) means “pure flesh,” i.e. boneless. Nearly every Korean chicken menu can be ordered sunsal: same batter, same sauce, no bones.
It costs slightly more at most brands, but it is the default choice for sharing at work, eating with chopsticks, or feeding kids.
Say it like a local
순살로 주세요

Boneless, please.
🍗 Use it at BBQ: Eating at your hotel or in a park? Sunsal plus a toothpick (usually included) means no napkin crisis.
